    When jewelry brand Fortune & Frame came to us, they’d designed a line of jewelry that holds fortunes. But they needed help creating a brand. Central to our years-long partnership has been building and evolving a high-traffic ecommerce store where shoppers can personalize their own fortunes as part of a whimsical, and highly custom, shopping experience.

Our work with Channel V Media spans 14 years, 3 ecommerce stores and 2 platform migrations. Our most recent work together involved migrating 20+ years of customer and order history and a product catalog with hundreds of SKUs to Shopify Plus—all without disruption to the live shopping experience. We’ve since seen a huge increase in conversions on both mobile and desktop, and have been able to significantly increase individual cart sizes and decrease customer inquiries.
